Dual nature
The clinical definition of War is that "two opposing factions, be they country or groups of individuals, enter an armed conflict." This is decidedly untrue, War is much more than fighting. It is a creation of fear, perceived difference, and envy. Fueled by hatred, driven by pride, and allowed to take place by inaction.
It blossoms from the sins of humanity, stamping out all that is good and righteous within every living being. It is such a beast that even the best of man can not remain unaffected by it. People who must take up their own sins by condemning themselves to bring it to an end. The blood spilt for good or ill
